Director and Head Teacher
I grew up in Washington and now I live in Mansfield with my own family. I am the proud parent of 3 children, all of whom attended Washington Nursery School. I have been teaching here, at WNS for 2 years and previously I taught 13 years in kindergarten and first grade. My favorite part of teaching at WNS is the children, families and wonderful staff I work with every day. I enjoy seeing how much each child grows throughout the year.
I have been a teacher at Washington Nursery School for 13 years. As a teacher, it is a joy to observe the individual personality of each student and to see the enthusiasm for life and learning that each child expresses. It is exciting to see the progress that each student makes over the course of the school year! My husband and I have 2 daughters and 1 son. Our youngest daughter attended WNS when we moved to the Washington area 19 years ago.
I began teaching at Washington Nursery School in September 2002 in both the Toddler class and 4-year old Pre-K class. As a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Studio Art, I enjoy working with the children and am always amazed by how naturally creative they are. My husband and I moved to Washington Township in 1986 after getting married. We have 2 children, boy/girl twins born in 1995.
I have worked at Washington Nursery School for approximately 7 years, having started out as a substitute. My favorite part of teaching at WNS is seeing the kids grow and the way their minds grasp the learning of things. I grew up in Hunterdon County, where I lived for 24 years. My husband and I have lived in Washington for 20 years and we have 3 children: Michael (25), Jake (20) and Milei (17).
